# Make rule-change proof: saved fallback settings and result

This is a silent retrospective with descriptive captions. No speech or audio was recorded.

- 00:00:00.000 — In Make's saved module 7, fallbackEnabled is true.
- 00:00:15.000 — The same module keeps failureTestEnabled false and failureAttempt at 1.
- 00:00:25.000 — Module 11 calculates the primary and fallback matches, then chooses the target status.
- 00:00:35.000 — Module 12 assigns the plan and reason, including already_accounted_in_batch and matched_fallback.
- 00:00:47.000 — Make records the 18 September manual run as successful: 51 seconds, 84 operations, 84 credits and 59.4 KB.
- 00:01:03.000 — The exact saved readback ties that run to one ROW-007 update, eleven skips and three earlier holds.

The native history scene shows the matching prefix for run `afaaef9eb7f9455eaecc28dee24b0d40`; Make shortens the ID there. The full run ID appears in the sanitized exact saved-row readback for batch `make-demo-20260918-060511798`. That scene renders the preserved `Make Orders!A1:G13` TSV; it is not a live Google Sheets or Lovable screen.

The kept ranges from the Personal Loom take are `00:01–00:16`, `00:29–00:39`, `00:54–01:04`, `01:06–01:18` and `01:32–01:48`. A final 12-second scene uses the sanitized saved-row rendering. Hard cuts remove navigation and loading; no visual mask was needed.

The rule edit, the earlier `Held → Ready` release, the stale-exception clear and the run itself were not filmed. This was a manual test, not a scheduled fallback run. The clip proves the saved settings and one dated fictional result; it does not establish ongoing reliability, comparative ease, maintenance cost or future credit use.
